Ramotswa police charges four

Ramotswa police has charged four people for brewing traditional beer during the ongoing ban on liquor sales.
Station commander, Superintendent Keoagile Tau said in an interview on April 14 that those charged were from Mogobane, Taung and Ramotswa.
He regretted that some of the community members were not adhering to alcohol restrictions and warned those doing that to desist from such acts.
On other issues, he said Ramotswa community has been observing regulations as directed by government in tackling the COVID-19 pandemic.
Supt Tau said Ramotswa policing area was adhering to restrictions of movement adding that there were only a minimal movement during the day as people goes to shops and that the community was also observing restrictions during the night.
However, he said the issue of permits still remained a challenge. Ends
