Raphaka acting DPS to President

Acting Permanent Secretary to the President and Secretary to Cabinet, Mr Elias Magosi has appointed Mr Thatoyaone Raphaka as the Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary to the President.
According to a press release from the office, Dr Oduetse Koboto has also been appointed acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Tourism. Ends
