Women national team captain optimistic

Botswana senior women national team’s captain Bonang Otlhagile remains hopeful and confident ahead of the upcoming Olympic qualifier game against South Africa tonight, despite the accommodation dilemma the team faced yesterday in Johannesburg.
“We managed to change hotels and we are happy. Nothing will shift our focus, all we want is to play our game and move forward”, she said.
This follows a concern raised by the team’s Head of Delegation, Monnakgotla Mojaki , who was of the view that the girls’ health and performance might be compromised by the painting of rooms in the premises which were closer to the teams rooms. ends
