Government considers hospital project acceleration

Assistant Minister of Ministry of Health and Wellness, Mr Sethomo Lelatisitswe says government will consider speeding up the construction of Nata Hospital, which was deferred from 2018/19 and 2019/20 financial years due to budgetary constraints.
The hospital, according to Mr Lelatisitswe, was a level one model and had been prioritised in National Development Plan 11 and was initially proposed for implementation during 2017/18 financial year, however it was not implemented due to budgetary constraints.
Nata/Gweta MP, Mr Polson Majaga had asked the minister if they would consider speeding up the construction of Nata level one hospital as promised to residents of Nata/Gweta constituency. ENDS
