Certification of second roll complete

Second Supplementary Roll which expired on July 17 has been certified and is now in operation.
A press release from the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC), says any person who is registered as a voter in respect of any polling station and has by any reason become entitled to registration in another polling station in any other polling district or constituency, may make application for transfer of registration at the IEC office of the constituency in which the other polling station is situated.
The press release states that transfer of registration will continue until dissolution of Parliament.
Further, it states that where a voter’s registration card is lost or destroyed, such a voter may be issued with a duplicate card at any IEC office, any day except on the day fixed for polling. ENDS
