Marang maintenance to start 201920

Marang Junior Secondary School (JSS) maintenance will commence during the current financial year, Parliament has been told. Assistant Minister of Basic Education, Mr Thato Kwenepe said a comprehensive maintenance of Marang JSS which would include the maintenance of all academic facilities, classrooms, laboratories, kitchen and dining hall, staff residences and all external works including the access road and storm water drainage.
“The ministry has budgeted for P10 million to maintain the school during the financial year 2019/2020,” he stated. Gaborone North MP, Mr Haskings Nkaigwa had asked when maintenance of Marang JSS in the Gaborone North constituency would commence. Mr Nkaigwa also asked how much was the budget and what was delaying the commencement of the project. ENDS
