The Permanent Secretary to the President (PSP), Mr Cater Morupisi, has announced the following appointments, promotions, transfers and acting appointments of senior public officers.

1. Mr. Thatayaone Dedede has been transferred from the Ministry of Land Management, Water and Sanitation Services to Botswana Public Service College as Deputy Director with immediate effect.

2. Ms Onalenna Sechele has been appointed Acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Land Management, Water and Sanitation Services effective May 3.

3. Mr Charles Gulubane has been appointed Deputy Government Attorney, in the Attorney General’s Chambers, 

4.   Mr Joseph Letlhogonolo Phalalo has been appointed to the position of Director-Occupational Health and Safety in the Ministry of Employment, Labour Productivity and Skills Development,

5. Ms Christophine Ofentse has been appointed to the position of Assistant Secretary for International and Commercial Services in the Attorney General’s Chambers, 

6. Dr Gopalkrishnan Chandroth has been appointed to the position of Office of Component Manager A – Botswana Integrated Transport Project, in the Ministry of Transport and Communications, 

7. Ms Boingotlo Ramotadima has been appointed to the position of Internal Audit - Manager in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, 

8. Ms Itebogeng Moalafi has been appointed to the position of Internal Audit - Manager in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development

9. Ms Isabella Mathiba has been appointed Chief State Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers (tenable at the Ministry of Employment, Labour Productivity and Skills Development),

10. Mr Mfosi Mfosi has been appointed Chief State Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers (tenable in the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public Administration, 

11. Ms Tebatso Moepeng has been appointed on promotion to the position of Senior Assistant Audit General in the Office of the Auditor General, 

12. Mr Andrew Baitsile Beleng has been appointed on promotion to the position of Senior Assistant Auditor General in the Office of the Auditor General,

13. Ms Constance Kotokwe has been appointed on promotion to the position of Internal Audit - Manager in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development,

14. Mr Oabona Clifford Monnakgotla has been appointed on promotion to the position of Deputy Director- Department of Research Science and Technology in the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research Science and Technology, 

15. Ms Kebafentse Helen Ketshajwang has been appointed on promotion to the position of Internal Auditor - Manager, in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, 

16. Ms Nametso Charlotte Malema has been appointed on promotion to the position of Manager, (Finance and Development) in the Ministry of Nationality Immigration and Gender Affairs,

17. Mr Tebo Motswagae has been appointed on promotion to the position of Deputy Director (Doing Business) in the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, 

18. Mr Newman Nkosana has been appointed on promotion to the position of Facilities Manager in the Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security,

19.    Ms Batlhaedi Atamelang has been appointed on promotion to the position of Deputy Director – Economic Diversification Drive Unit in the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, 

20. Ms Khumoetsile Tirelo has been appointed on promotion to the position of Chief Prosecution Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers, Directorate of Public Prosecutions,

21. Ms Hazel Nkagisang Reaitsanye has been transferred from the Ministry of Health and Wellness to the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry as Deputy Permanent Secretary- Corporate Services with immediate effect, 

22.    Ms Tshireletso Kgosidiile has been transferred from the Ministry of Basic Education to the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Green Technology and Energy Security as Senior Manager (Corporate Services) with immediate effect, 

23. Ms Bellinah Baker has been transferred from the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Green Technology and Energy Security to Botswana Public Service College as Senior Manager - Corporate Services with immediate effect, 

24. Ms Dikeledi Phefo has been transferred from the Ministry of Health and Wellness to the Ministry of Land Management, Water and Sanitation Services as Senior Manager – Corporate Services with immediate effect, 

25. Ms Masego Mooketsi has been transferred from the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development to the Ministry of Land Management, Water and Sanitation as Director – Policy Development and Research with immediate effect.   ENDS
