Employees invaluable to organisations

No organisation can achieve its mission without its employees, according Karowe process manager, Mr Lucas Ntsipe.
Speaking during Boteti Sub-district Council employees’ excellence awards in Letlhakane recently, Mr Ntsipe noted that employees were an invaluable asset, whose impact was not only organisational, but national and even global.
He said employees’ loyalty and dedication to service delivery could not be overlooked.
Mr Ntsipe commended those who were awarded, stating that they had set an example for others to share in their dedication and commitment.
He encouraged those who did not get awards to remain dedicated and determined, adding that excellence required focus, teamwork, consistency, tenacity and compliance to code of ethics and conduct.
Meanwhile, best employee award winner, Ms Anna Simakwane, a community development officer, expressed excitement with regards to the award, stating that one needed to remain committed and be passionate to succeed.
Whilst Ms Tshenolo Mbowe, who got the customer centric award, said she managed to excel by treating customers with respect, providing service with due diligence and serving them with love and a smile.
Councillor Keiketlile Gobotswang of Khwee implored those who did not get awards to not be deterred, while calling on those who got the awards to further elevate their performance. ENDS
