Losika Trust donates to Bophirima school

Losika Trust has donated school uniform to 10 needy pupils of Bophirima Primary School in Gaborone West.
Speaking during the handover ceremony recently, the director, Mr Pelotshweu Machibe said the donation would fortify and give dignity to pupils.
He said Losika Trust discovered that children attending government schools from less privileged families, thus their donations would help build their self-esteem and give them hope.
Mr Machibe noted that a child in full school uniform was a delight to watch.
“The reason we founded this NGO is because we absolutely believe in the power of tithing and giving back.
Our own experience about our blessings is that the more we give, the more we receive.
It is not only about receiving material things, but peace is the most important reward,’’ said Mr Machibe.
Bophirima Primary School head, Ms Lydia Pansiri applauded Losika Trust for the love and sympathy for the pupils.
She noted that the donation was a blessing that would motivate learners and help them focus on their studies.
Ms Pansiri pleaded with learners to take good care of their school uniform and urged parent to also contribute to their children’s education.
She encouraged Losika Trust to continue with the spirit and extend it to other schools. ENDS
