Boteti East Member of Parliament, Mr Sethomo Lelatisitswe had wanted the minister to explain why kgotla shelters or offices in some villages of Boteti East did not have private security guards, and to state villages with those arrangements. He further asked the minister to state whether records in these villages were deemed safe in the absence of security guards, and to state when they would be provided with guards.
