Permanent Secretary to the President has announced the following appointments, promotions and transfers of senior public officers: Ms Gladys Garekwe has been appointed as deputy secretary for International and Commercial Services in the Attorney General’s Chambers.

Dr Oduetse Koboto has been appointed deputy permanent secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism.

Mr Baatlhodi Noge has been appointed on promotion to Director – Finance Administration in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

Mr Bajaki Chika has been appointed on promotion to senior assistant director I in the Directorate of Public Service Management.

Ms Joyce Massie has been appointed on promotion to director - Finance Administration (Systems) in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

Mr McDonald Segola has been appointed on promotion to deputy director - Department of Mines in the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Green Technology and Energy Security.

Ms Refilwe Mosarwa has been appointed on promotion to Chief Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers.

Mr Faray Mahwite has been appointed on promotion to chief prosecution counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers.

Mr Jobe Ofetotse has been appointed on promotion to project coordinator - Kasane-Kazungula Re-Development Agency in the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism.

Ms Neo Diwanga has been appointed on promotion to Manager - Development and Finance in the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism.

Mr Johane Oletile has been appointed on promotion to Principal - Serowe College of Education in the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research, Science and Technology.

Mr Rapedisang Fulele has been appointed on promotion to manager (Facilities Management) in the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research, Science and Technology.

Dr Kabo Themba has been appointed on promotion to deputy director – Department of Veterinary Services in the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Food Security.

Mr Lekgotla Phiri has been appointed on promotion to deputy director – Immigration and Citizenship in the Ministry of Nationality, Immigration and Gender Affairs.

Ms Nomsa Mhlotshwa has been appointed on promotion to deputy director in the Ministry of International Affairs and Cooperation,

Ms Poppy Majingo has been appointed on promotion to deputy director in the Ministry of International Affairs and Cooperation.

Mr Walebatla Kgwakgwe has been appointed on promotion to deputy director, Finance Administration in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

Mr Molemisi Kedumetse has been appointed on promotion to Assistant Accountant General in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

Mr Sinaice Sinaice has been appointed on promotion to senior assistant director II in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

Mr Thabang Botshoma has been transferred from the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism to the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Food Security as deputy permanent secretary.

Mr Terrence Ntalabgwe has been transferred from Serowe Administrative Authority to Gaborone City Council as deputy town clerk (Finance and Administration) in the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development

Mr Isaiah Odirile has been transferred from Moshupa Sub-district Council to Tlokweng Sub-district Council as senior assistant council secretary in the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development. ENDS
