Government through the Youth Development Fund (YDF) continue to make  youths’ business dreams come true, and one of such beneficiary is Momphitlhi Moipolai who operates a multimedia business dubbed CJBlack Multimedia at Letlhakeng.

Having graduated from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Mr Moipolai said like many youth across the country, he has been  hitting  a hard rock in his quest to find decent employment.

“I have been making ends meet with piece jobs from shops doing computer repairs, software installations and monitoring sales points and the money was not enough. Life became difficult until I learnt of YDF then applied for it,” he said.

As a Multimedia graduate, Mr Moipolai had perpetual love for music and printing services hence ventured into the industry of multimedia.

“Unlike most entrepreneurs who are driven by circumstances rather than passion, I developed passion for multimedia at junior school level where I used to perform in community events like weddings and parties,” he said.

Despite the fact that it is only a few months old, he said the business  was performing well according to the feedback from his clients, and said he appreciated the attention and support from the community and government which has contributed to his business success.

He singled out the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development office in Letlhakeng as one the supportive government organisation which he said often provides him with tenders during their events.

He said he use social network as part of his marketing strategies. Mr Moipolai said he has employed  three locals to help him in the business.

He said the business has given him the opportunity to interact with established artistes, and said it would be hosting the first event dubbed Ntela O itele Music Fest at Mookane farm along Letlhakeng-Dutlwe road.
