Ipelegeng covers hand stampers

The Assistant Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Ms Botlogile Tshireletso has told Parliament that the terms and conditions for Ipelegeng have been extended to hand stampers and the wage rate is the same.
Answering a question, Ms Tshireletso said what differed was the sustenance component which the ministry was working on with a view of extending it to hand stampers. Boteti North MP, Mr Slumber Tsogwane had asked the minister why she had not extended the Ipelegeng terms and conditions including allowances to primary school stampers/graders given that their allowances/payments were not commensurate with the service they provide and considering that they use their own tools.
