The Stanbic Bank Gaborone Motor Show is scheduled for next weekend at the Game City roof top parking lot.

The show is supported by Liberty as the official vehicle insurance partner. The show will give customers an opportunity to come and appreciate what is in store for them in the automobile business.

Addressing a media briefing recently, the show’s events manager, Ernest Christian said the Gaborone Motor Show was an event staged by the Botswana Dealer Council to put some spot light on Botswana’s new car automotive industry.

“Our main exhibitors for the day include Naledi Motors, Lesedi Motors, Balloworld, Nissan, Range Rover and Land Rover  Botswana, Subaru Botswana the list goes on and on,” he said.

Christian further said the show would offer customers and car enthusiasts an opportunity to engage with dealers as well as give them and manufactures a chance to get valuable feedback on their products while offering a unique sales platform.

He said there would be new car launches, a display of exotic super cars, gaming, raffles, prize give aways, DJ music sessions, kids’ play areas, mini racing and other entertainment.

“What we also have in store for you in order to give you a full experience of the automotive industry in Botswana is what we call show stoppers, your super cars, the likes of Ferrari, Bentley, the Nissan GTR, Lamborghini, Aston Martins and Porches,” he said.

He also said attendants would have a special treat, adding that it was an arrangement they had never experienced before as there would be a line-up of big exotic cars, saying the event was organised in the form of a family fun day to allow for everyone to attend.

One lucky person will be afforded an opportunity to drive away with a Polo Vivo by just purchasing the P100 ticket which will automatically enter them into a raffle. Ends
