Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) customer care manager, Mr Goitseone Tshiamiso says the newly refurbished BTC store in Ghanzi will bring services closer to the people and provide them with improved services.

Mr Tshiamiso was speaking at the official opening of the BTC store in Ghanzi recently.  

He said they were in a countrywide tour to take BTC to the people through opening stores in order to provide services to people and sell cellular phones.

He noted that BTC was a local brand and that its operations were run from Botswana.

He added that Batswana had to be proud of it as it was trying its best to reach out to every Motswana .

Ghanzi BTC store supervisor, Mr Pako Barongwang said the store would bring satisfaction to  customers and create more working space for BTC employees and easy movement for customers.

Mr Barongwang said apart from the space the store had increased serving points to attend to customers quickly and avoid queues.

He said with the new arrangements customers have been brought closer to employees who would be serving them.

He added that they have also been brought closer to supervisors if they needed to see him.

He urged customers to switch to the BTC brand in order to enjoy services they were offering, adding that they would be rolling out the 4G network in the whole Ghanzi District for fast connectivity. ENDS
