Mabuasehube has a reliable telephone network that operates using satellite, says Minister of Infrastructure and Housing Development, Mr Nonofo Molefhi.

Answering a question in Parliament on behalf of the Minister of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism, Mr Molefhi said the only thing that he was aware of was that the station had been without Internet services for some months.

He, however, said it would be corrected in the coming financial year.

About the total lack of communication at Mabuasehube, Minister Molefhi said he was not aware of that.

Member of Parliament for Takatokwane, Mr Ngaka Ngaka had asked the Minister of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism if he was aware that wildlife officers who work at Mabuasehube Game Reserve did not have access to any form of communication.
He also wanted to know if that did not pose a serious safety risk to officers. ENDS
