Player transfers close with no bang

Yesterday was one of the busiest days in the minds of many football supporters with their ears itching to know who their favourite team has signed.

As teams and players chased last minute deals at the close of the January transfer window ,Township Rollers managed to complete the wave with the signings of Atletico de Kolkata’s Ofentse Nato , Bogosi Nfila of Miscellaneous,Tiroyaone Maome from City Pollar and a free agent in tried and tested Galagwe Moyana while Ocean Lottering was released to join Flamingo Santos.

Extension Gunners beefed up their squad with veteran defender Mpho Kgaswane from Gilport Lions, Miscellaneous’ Lesego Motlhabankwe ,Bakang Tsholang from Bonto FC,Mogomotsi Ditshotlo from Flamengo Santos, Pako Koogotsitse and Obusitswe Gabadise.

Mandla Mgadla was released to join struggling Mochudi Centre Chiefs, Thabiso Mabhachi signed with Security Systems whilst loyal Letlhogonolo Mosala was released to go for further studies.

Bottom -placed Gilport Lions whose players terminated their contracts last year signed 12 players, including four players from Jwaneng Galaxy and Otlantshekela Mooketsi from Township Rollers.

Jackie Motlhatlego left the club to rejoin his previous employers Flamengo Santos.

Struggling Magosi acquired the signatures of Trinity Nko from Hotspurs, Bogosi Kaekwe from Orapa United and Topo Piet from Gilport Lions.

Now the once itchy ears of supporters have passed the baton to the eye to see if the new signings will bring the much needed change the teams need. Ends
