Minister unaware of business

The Ministry of Employment, Labour Productivity and Skills Development is not aware of any Judge of the Industrial Court who operates a full time business.Labour minister Mr Tshenolo Mabeo told Parliament that he was unable to respond to questions from Gabane-Mmankgodi MP Major Gen. Pius Mokgware.
Major General Mokgware had asked the minister if he was aware that there was a Judge of the Industrial Court who operated a full time business.
He also wanted to know if the running of the business did not interfere with the quick disposal of his case load. Major Gen. Mokgware further wanted to know whether the said judge’s telephone expenses were paid by the government and if so what was the amount of money paid for him by government since June 2016 to August 2017.
