 Assistant Minister of Health and Wellness, Mr Dikgang Makgalemele says the lowest qualification in senior/strategic management in his ministry currently is Bachelor’s Degree qualification.

Answering a question in Parliament from the MP for Ghanzi North Mr Noah Salakae, Mr Makgalemele said as for the current highest qualification for the middle management and operational cadres, the highest qualification was Doctorate.

Mr Makgalemele said the ministry had a budget of  P71.6 million for  the upskilling employees in the the past five financial years.  

MP Salakae had asked the minister to state the current qualification in the senior/strategic management cadre of his ministry and the current highest qualification in middle management and operational cadres of the ministry.

He had further asked the minister whether his ministry had a budget for upskilling of employees and if so, what was the cost of the budget  for the past five  finacial years. ENDS
