The number one school academically in the southern region, Kgosiempe junior, has so far lost three students due to pregnancy.
Speaking in an interview recently , the teacher who is head of pastoral department Ms Balebedi Motsisi said the three students who have dropped from school , two are 14 year olds doing form two while one is 16 years, doing form three and had registered for the junior certificate examinations.
Ms Motsisi said students revealed that they were impregnated by older men with financial muscle.
She further said, the three students explained that peer pressure, financial power, alcohol abuse and too much freedom were some of the few things which led them to pregnancy.
