Team Botswana impress at COSSASA

Team Botswana scooped 18 Gold medals in regional athletics school sports competitions (COSSASA) in Harare, Zimbabwe.
A press release from Botswana Integrated Sports Association (BISA) that team Botswana walked away with 18 gold, 24 silver and 27 bronze. The release says Oarabile Tshosa and Winne Sarefo scooped best in 100m and 200m races respectively.
The release further states that Team Zimbabwe lead in medley relays and Team Botswana dominated in the 400m as Bernad Olesitse and Dorcus Mokitane won their races. Team Botswana comprised of U13, U15 and U17.
Also, the release says this year competitions were attended by Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Malawi, while Lesotho failed to attend due to political instability. ENDS
