Diphuduhudi trains programme beneficiaries

Assistant Minister for Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public Administration, Mr Thato Kwerepe says since the launch of poverty eradication programme in Diphuduhudu, 107 beneficiaries were mobilised and trained.
Responding to a question in Parliament recently, Mr Kwerepe said out of these, 98 were funded and 94 of their projects are operational with three failed and one dormant.
He further said the nine beneficiaries who had not been funded would be assisted in the next financial year because they were only submitted for packaging towards the end of this financial year.
Member of Parliament for Takatokwane, Mr Ngaka Ngaka wanted to know how many people who were trained at the Diphuduhudu launch graduated from poverty. ENDS
