Consultation of kgareSebotswane on-going

Kweneng District Council held a kgotla meeting with Kgare/Sebotshwane community on October 24, last year to consult them on the prospect of incorporating their settlement into Ditshegwane village.
Assistant Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mr Frans Van Der Westhuizen told Parliament that it was anticipated the council would deliberate through its structures and make a recommendation to the ministry.
He was responding to a question from Takatokwane MP, Mr Ngaka Ngaka who requested the minister to update Parliament on incorporating the Kgare/Sebotswane settlement to Ditshegwane village. ENDS
