“Instead, people should find healthy ways of getting rid of stress. Health and wellness is an individual responsibility, a decision that has fundamental reason of living a successful life. A healthy lifestyle leaves you fit, energetic and with reduced risk for diseases. Good nutrition, daily exercise and adequate sleep are the foundations of good health as all the body system needs nutrients to function well and to feed cell growth or metabolism,” he said.

Vice chairperson for men sector, Mr Seonyatseng Kereelwang stated that proper use of contraceptives, male safe circumcision should be considered by all as this would reduce chances of sexual transmitted diseases.
He further said people should stop alcohol and drug abuse as it affected their health negatively as some ended up being affected mentally while some students ended up being expelled from school and would later engage in wrong activities for survival.
Further, he said it was high time to address alcohol and drug abuse problems and also stop selling of illicit drugs to students because they were the future generation of the country. ENDS
