Air Botswana resumes GaboroneCape Town route
22 Feb 2017
Air Botswana has announced the resumption of jet services on its Gaborone/Cape Town route effective from February 26, 2017.
A news release from Air Botswana states that the service will be operated through an existing agreement with CemAir on the same current flight schedule to minimise any customer inconvenience.
“Days of operation between Gaborone and Cape Town in either direction remain as Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday,” the release states.
The release states that in addition, the airline will also resume direct flights between Gaborone and Kasane on Wednesday and Friday respectively. The Sunday flights will become a later morning schedule, to better suit tourism and other business travelers to the Kasane / Chobe area.
Air Botswana apologises for the frequent schedule changes, as it strives to optimise utilisation of the existing aircraft. BOPA
