Patience pays for Forest as they clobber Hotspurs

Mmankgodi based outfit Black Forest football club fought back to collect three points when they clobbered another rookie Mahalapye Hotspurs 2-1 in BTCL Premiership match played on Saturday in Molepolole.
Hotspurs who came determined converted in the 10th minute through a penalty by Edwin Raditse and Forest responded later through Mogomotsi Kerebotswe.
Tiro Pheresi netted a second goal late in the game after goal keeping failed to hold on to a cross ball pass.
Though they were nearly over-run by Hotspurs in the second half, Forest were relentless to maintain their top performance and fearless reputation they have built since joining the premiership league before being stopped on their run by Jwaneng Galaxy FC before the Christmas break.
Their build up from the back and ball possession, though unsettled their opponent who were determine for another goal, came to nothing as they wasted ample chance upfront as Hotspurs committed more bodies to defend.
Hotspurs on the other hand matched and frustrated many great attempts by Forest, a team though league first timer, has come to be a threat and a team hard to beat for many even so called big and well-resourced teams
However a second half injury-time goal keeping error and conceding a goal will later cost them their hard fought display and break the hearts of many fans who had now settled for an eminent draw and a valuable point to take home to rebuild from their string of poor showing since joining the top flight league, and this was not the case to be. Hotspurs has collected 8 points from 14 outings.
The results means that Forest are still among the top five performing teams, 5 points from log leaders Township Rollers football club seating at 28 points. BOPA
