Cameroon won against Guinea-Bissau last night to take the lead and break the stalemate that held Group A after the first round of games ended with all teams level pegging.
Tonight, Algeria hopes to take maximum points against bottom of the group Tunisia, while Senegal aim to remain atop when they take on Zimbabwe.
