Minister of Defence, Justice and Security, Mr Shaw Kgathi has told Parliament that Letlhakane police station had been allocated a plot. Minister Kgathi said the plot, which was in Letlhakane measures 10.1788 hectares and would be constructed during the NDP 11.

Mr Kgathi further said new facility was going to de-congest the current police station as both would be operating.

For this to be effective, he said the policing boundaries of both stations would be reviewed and rationalised accordingly for purposes of achieving police coverage and visibility in Letlhakane and surrounding places.

He was responding to a question by Boteti East MP, Mr Sethomo Lelatisitswe who asked if the minister was aware that Letlhakane police station had been allocated a plot in Letlhakane and when would the project start. ENDS
