Ministry aware of reflectors non-existence

Transport and communications minister, Mr Kitso Mokaila has told Parliament that his ministry is aware that there are some sections of the Trans Kalahari Highway that have no reflectors. He said the section between Sekoma and Kang is the identified section without adequate reflectors, stating that his
ministry has awarded a project for the rehabilitation of the Sekoma/Morwamosu road, which at completion will have new road markings and reflectors. Mr Mokaila said the Morwamosu/Kang section will be considered for prioritisation in the coming financial year alongside other candidate projects.
Takatokwane MP, Mr Ngaka Ngaka had asked whether the minister was aware that there were some parts of the Trans Kalahari Highway which did not have reflectors, and when were they going to be replaced. ENDS
