Constraints delay construction

The delay in implementation of the Block 10 Police Station this year is said to be disturbed by capacity constraints at the implementing department.
Answering a question in Parliament, Minister for Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public Administration, Mr Eric Molale said when answering a question on behalf of Minister Defence, Justice and Security that the police station was not part of the Economic Stimulus Programme .
He however said the project would be implemented during the 2017/18 financial year.Gaborone North Member of Parliament, Mr Haskins Nkaigwa had wanted the minister to state as to when the construction of the promised ESP Block 10 Police Station would resume, and what was delaying its construction as other projects have taken off.
