Extension Gunners technical sponsors Tsa Gae trading as All Kasi is in advanced negotiations into securing a deal to run the Lobatse based team.
All Kasi who have been Gunners technical sponsors since 2012 will soon sign a five year partnership with the team’s management to take over Gunners as the new management partners. This development comes after a collapse of negotiations between Gunners and a potential investor.
Gunners’ chairman Phenyo Gothaang told media this week that they were forced to look for other avenues hence their deal with All Kasi.
 “These negotiations have been going on since July. We have also appointed Rantao Kewagamang Attorneys to deal with the transition of our relationship with All Kasi,” he said.
Gothaang explained that the reason engaging the law brains was to seek advice on whether the relationship won’t rub the team’s constitution in any bad way.
He said their intention is to build Gunners into a competitive team which everyone would like to associate with.
Gothaang explained there are financial, administrative and technical reforms they were planning to undertake.
For his part the managing director of All Kasi Ludo Kemoen said their intention is to make Gunners a great team again.
He said they wish to see Gunners returning to their glory days and be able to compete for trophies and have a good number of players in all levels of national teams.
Kemoen said they also want to create an environment in which Gunners will be able to sustain itself.
“We want to make the team sustainable in the next five years: that is for the team to be able to pay the players and settle their bills. We do not want to be making headlines for the wrong reasons,” he added.
Meanwhile Kemoen unveiled the new kit which will be used by Gunners in the upcoming 2016/17 season.
In addition to the white home jersey that was unveiled earlier this year, Gunners will don a black kit as their away kit and a blue jersey as for the alternate kit. ENDS
