Ramotswa court earmarked for NDP 12

The construction of magistrate court and offices in Ramotswa could not be accommodated in the National Development Plan 11 (NDP) due to budgetary constraints.
Answering a question on behalf of the Minister of Defence, Justice and Security, the Minister of Lands and housing Mr Prince Maele said at the moment Ramotswa is a mobile court from Extension II Magistrate Court in Gaborone.
The court operates from Ramotswa Rural Administration Centre on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Minister Maele however said the construction of magistrate court and offices in Ramotswa is one of the projects earmarked for NDP 12. MP for Ramotswa Mr Samuel Rantuana had asked the minister of Defence, Justice and Security when the magistrate court and offices will be built in Ramotswa. ENDS
