Batswana have been asked to embrace a publication dubbed 50 Years of Economics and Business Publication.

Assistant Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry, Advocate Sadique Kebonang, said this when officiating at launch of the publication.Advocate Kebonang said the publication was available for use by all entities that traded in Botswana over the 50-year period of independence and beyond, .

He said his ministry endorsed the initiative, especially that it was 100 per cent youth and citizen owned. Advocate Kebonang said the project highlighted private sector, corporates, enterprises and entrepreneurs and their contribution to the country’s business as well as the economic culture.He said the book would sell Botswana as the best destination for private investment as articulated by industry executives.

Advocate Kebonang said the book would enhance business and economic literature on Botswana, adding that it also provided a guide on the outlook of Botswana’s investment, economic and business climate.  ENDS
