Minister of Lands and Housing, Mr Prince Maele has told Parliament that he is aware that Mokubilo and Mmea residents still access services from Marapong Sub-land Board.

However, he said the Central District undertook an exercise to harmonise administrative boundaries and the purpose was to address all villages falling within a sub-land board area of jurisdiction be placed within a corresponding sub district.

Mr Maele said the exercise started in 2014 and was completed in January this year and the report has been submitted to his ministry for consideration. He stated that the process took long due to consultation with the communities of the villages concerned as well as all stakeholders such as Bogosi.
