Francistown Sports Complex is new name

Parliament has been informed that His Excellency the President announced the new name of the Francistown stadium at the official opening of the stadium on December 10, 2015 following recommendations from the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Culture.
Minister of Youth, Sport and Culture, Mr Thapelo Olopeng said the Francistown Stadium has been named Francistown Sports Complex. Mr Olopeng was answering a question from MP for Francistown South, Mr Wynter Mmolotsi who had asked the minister if it was true that the President had already named the Francistown Stadium. Ends
