Centre Chiefs’ communications manager, Clifford Mogomotsi said they welcomed the draw.
“We strongly believe this is a good litmus test for us ahead of the finals”, he said.
Clifford said they were in a mission to win the cup for the first time.
BDF X1 PRO, Thusang Jacob said the draw against Orapa United was a winnable tie for them, adding that nothing would stop them to progress to the finals.
With the calibre of the players in the Matebele camp, they would be in a good position to eliminate any team that comes their way.
Orapa representative, Oarabile Modise, was upbeat about the draw, saying it favoured his side.
He said he was happy that they would play the first leg away, adding that BDF X1 was the only team that managed to beat them in the league, therefore their mission was to avenge the loss. Ends
