No plans to build tannery at Ghanzi

:The Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr Vincent Seretse says he is not aware of any plans to build a tannery at Ghanzi Township hence no plot has been identified for the purpose. Minister Seretse told Parliament that since there is no project in the pipeline to build a tannery in Ghanzi Township, it is not necessary to come up with any cost estimates.
The Minister was responding to a question by Ghanzi North MP, Mr Noah Salakae who had asked the minister whether there were any plans to build a tannery plant at Ghanzi Township , if so, whether a plot has been identified and secured as well as the cost of the project. Ends
