Resources limit transport provision

The Minister of Defence, Justice and Security, Mr Shaw Kgathi says due to limited resources, it has not been possible to provide each police post with transport. Mr Kgathi admitted that Tamasane and Maokatumo police post do not have a vehicle.
Instead, he said Tamasane, Maokatumo, Kgagodi and Mogapinyana police posts which are under the supervision of the Maunatlala Police Station share a vehicle. The minister further explained that the vehicle was kept at Mogapinayana where there was a post commander of the rank of Sub Inspector.
Madinare MP, Mr Kefentse Mzwinila had wanted to know if the minister was aware that Tamasane and Maokatumo police posts do not have a vehicle, and if so, when would the two police posts be provided with vehicles. Ends
