Assistant Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mr Frans van der Westhuizen says his ministry appreciates the importance fencing the Diloro cemetery.

However, the minister stated the cemetery was not in the priority list for 2015/16 under the Ipelegeng programme. He said the village would be advised and encouraged to include it in the 2016/17 Ipelegeng proposals.

The assistant minister said due to budgetary constraints, the all-weather culvert has not been included in the planned projects for 2015/16. The project would, however, be considered alongside other projects during NDP11 funds permitting.

Mmadinare MP, Mr Kefentse Mzwinila had asked when the Diloro cemetery would be fenced and when an all-weather access culvert would be constructed between the village and the agriculturally productive farming areas. ENDS
