Limkokwing had one closure

Parliament has been told that Limkokwing University of Creative Technology has had only one closure this year.
Answering a parliamentary question on April 15, Minister of Education and Skills Development, Dr Pelonomi Venson-Moitoi said this was from February 26 to March 1 this year. She said normal lessons resumed on March 6 and the University had since remained open.
MP Dumelang Saleshando of Gaborone Central had asked the minister to explain the circumstances that led to the closer of Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and when the University would be re-opened.
The legislator had also wanted to know whether a second closer in less than two months did not necessitate her intervention given the high number of government sponsored students at the university. ENDS
