JSC refutes allegations

The Judicial Service Commission has refuted allegations reported on GABZ FM news that Mr Marvin Torto has been appointed to the bench as an acting judge of the High Court.
A news release from the commission stated that Mr Torto was a member of the Judicial Service Commission and had not been appointed as an acting judge.
The release further stated that Dr Godfrey Radijeng had been appointed by President Lt Gen. Seretse Ian Khama as acting judge of the High Court stationed in Lobatse. Ends
