18 Aug 2015
Lobatse based Extension Gunners FC public relations officer has dismissed rumours that his club is relocating to Gaborone.
Keorapetse Kgasa said in an interview in Lobatse after his team registered a comfortable 2-0 win over cross town rivals, formerly known as BMC FC, now Gilport Lions FC.
He explained that the club will only spread some home games across the country as opposed to relocating.
Kgasa revealed that most of their games will be played in Gaborone while others will be scheduled for Lobatse, Jwaneng and Francistown respectively.
He said some people usually enter the stadium through ungazetted points to watch matches for free hence the decision to move some games.
The club chairman Kitso Dlamini has also dismissed any possibility of a move to Gaborone, “No we are not relocating, no way!” he said. ENDS
