Masunga Senior Secondary School will host a dinner later this month as part of preparations for their 20th anniversary celebration.

In an interview recently, Mr Wabo Tshosa, who is the chairperson of the organising committee for the anniversary, said they found it important to organise a dinner party to raise funds.

He said all funds raised through the dinner party and from other events lined up would be geared towards making the celebration a memorable one.

“We are expecting many people from nearby villages to attend this dinner since the school admits students from communities in the proximity.

Therefore it is important for parents, youth and business people to join us and celebrate together,” he said.

He said tickets were available at P500 per table/company, P150 per couple, P75 special seat ticket and P50 individual ticket, and that they could be bought at the school.

Mr Tshosa said they have organised a variety of traditional foods, drinks and other type of food to be enjoyed at the dinner party.

He also assured participants that the dinner was destined for greatness, and that all people should dress in smart traditional attire or casual formal.

Other activities such as music, poetry and drama performance by the school drama group would  be used to booster the atmosphere of the day. ENDS
