Olympics 800m silver medallist Nijel Amos proved his mettle and finished first during the Diamond League meeting in Luasanne, Switzerland on July 9.
He recorded a time of 1:43:27 ahead of Kenya's duo David Rudisha and Cheruiyot Rotich who obtained second and third positions respectively. Ends
