Francistown Stadium will host a soccer spectacular cup involving three matches this Saturday (June 27).

The cup has been organised by Vasir Company and Gouveia Soundz Entertainment and Dinoko Media & Advertising. The main attraction of the event would be a match between the two biggest teams in the city, Ecco City Greens and Tafic.

One of the organisers, DJ Gouveia said their objective of organising the cup was to give the soccer loving community of the second city an opportunity to enjoy soccer spectacular. The event would commence at 9am with a match between Pick N’ Pay and Buy N’ Build who are sponsors of the cup.

Afterwards, Ghetto Chicks will face Dlala Bolo Babes in a five-a-side encounter. Francistown Legends will then play against the Taxi Drives, before the main encounter between Ecco and Tafic.

DJ Gouveia said the cup was also sponsored by RB2 and Adansonia as well as some individuals. He said a number of artists such as DJ Gouveia, T.H.A.B.O. MC Maswe, DJ Bunz and others will provide entertainment. He said entrance fee is P30. ENDS
