Understand business technics - Seleka

Youth aspiring to become entrepreneurs have been urged to understand the technics of business before venturing into any entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurship development trainer at Local Enterprise Authority (LEA), Ms Keamogetse Seleka told youth attending a business awareness workshop in Gaborone that an entrepreneur had to be creative in business ideas.
She said with the business idea in place, a plan on executing had to be in place along with the resources to put the business into the right perspective.
Addressing the youth on competencies of a successful entrepreneur Ms Seleka said, a successful entrepreneur should have achieved the right orientation.
She said to become a successful business person, young people have to be more creative and grab every opportunity that comes their way. ENDS
