In an informal and friendly breakfast get-together recently, Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC) gave its Francistown stakeholders chance to exchange ideas and get an appreciation for their input.

The BNPC general manager, Ms Tebogo Kesupile, told stakeholders that their mission was to empower them in productivity and quality best practices. Ms Kesupile also informed them that the BNPC mandate was to transform Botswana into a productive country that would not be possible without the involvement of all stakeholders.

She said they did not just train people but they also brought change; as such stakeholders should network and work hard towards attaining their goals. “For the first time in Francistown, we saw the need to appreciate you because you enable us to do our job,” said Ms Kesupile.

BNPC marketing manager, Ms Jennifer Matlho said they had been operating for 20 years but that they were still trying to put more emphasis on issues of productivity.
“We want to hear from you as our stakeholders in working towards attaining our Francistown Vision,” she noted. ENDS
