Clerks to service Mogapinyana Kgagodi
24 Mar 2015
The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has made an arrangement for Mogapinyana and Kgagodi courts to be serviced by court clerks from Maokatumo as and when the need arises.
Answering a question in Parliament on March 23, Assistant Minister Botlogile Tshireletso said the plan was meant to rationalise vacancies to create positions for the said courts in the next financial year. She informed the House that she was aware that there were no Court Clerks or Court Bailiffs at Mogapinyana and Kgagodi as these courts were upgraded to Courts of record in 2014.
MP for Mmadinare, Mr Kefentse Mzwinila had asked the minister of Local Government and Rural Development if he was aware that Mogapinyana and Kgagodi kgotlas did not have court clerks or court Bailiffs, if so, when would those positions be filled. ENDS
