Projects deferred due to shortage of funds

Several projects scheduled for National Development Plan 10 (NDP) including the Masunga library were deferred on account of shortage of fund due to the global economic crisis.
Responding to a question in Parliament, Minister of Labour and Home Affairs, Mr Edwin Batshu said he could not state with certainty when the public library will be built and said all the ministry’s deferred projects will be considered for possible inclusion in the NDP 11.
Tati West MP, Mr Biggie Butale had asked the minister to state when the public library slated for Masunga village that was deferred in the NDP 10 will be built. ENDS
