Lesedi project started 2009

Parliament has been informed that the Botswana Power Corporation's Lesedi was formed in 2008 and commenced projects in 2009 with a pilot study in Lentsweletau, Medie, Kgope and Dikgathong.
Answering a question in Parliament on March 13, Minister of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources, Mr Kitso Mokaila said there was no franchisee yet designed to cover Tonota North constituency.
Mr Mokaila was responding to a question asked by Tonota North MP, Mr Fidelis Molao who had asked when the BPC Lesedi Project commenced and which areas were covered by this project in the Tonota North constituency. ENDS
